Natalija Kolar-Hatzipantelis, founder of doptera

The founder of doptera is Natalija Kolar-Hatzipantelis, who worked for 25 years as an HR leader in large international companies. Most recently, the graduate in business administration served as Managing Director of the Devoteam Group, was a member of the main board of Bitkom and is also a certified systemic practitioner. She is supported by her team as well as a network of companions and experts for specialised tasks.
